Grown between 1,900 and 2,100 meters in the Gedeo zone and washed at the Idido station, this Yirgacheffe is the coffee people mean when they say coffee can taste like flowers. Jasmine, bergamot and a lemon-drop acidity that softens into honey as the cup cools. Best as a pour over.
