Wet-hulled in the traditional Sumatran way, this Mandheling is thick, low-acid and full of cedar, dark chocolate and dried herbs. It is polarizing and we love it. Try it in a French press or as the base of a moka pot latte.

Solid everyday cup
Sumatra Mandheling is consistent bag to bag, which is more than I can say for most roasters.
